Scalloped Corn

1 16oz can creamed corn
1 c whole milk
1 egg, beaten
1 T brown sugar
1 c course cracker crumbs
1/4 c chopped onion
salt and pepper

Combine milk and corn. Heat to luke warm. Stir in remaining ingredients. Pour into greased baking dish. Dot liberally with butter. Bake 350F for about 35 minutes until set.
