1 1/2 lb stew beef
1 lb mushrooms, sliced
10 oz club soda
1 packet onion soup mix
1 can cream of mushroom soup
8 oz sour cream
1/2 c red wine
Preheat oven to 325F. Place all ingredients in a large casserole dish. Cover tightly with foil. Bake for 2 1/2 hours. Serve over rice.
