Toenail Pie

3 c scalded milk
1 1/8 c sugar
4 rounded T cornstarch
4 beaten egg yolks
1/4 c butter
1 t vanilla
1/2 t almond extract
1 1/2 c grated coconut
whipping cream
pie crust

Combine milk, sugar and cornstarch. Add egg yolks and cook until think (10-15 minutes). Add butter, vanilla and almond extract. Fold in coconut and pour into baked pie shell.

Whip whipping cream with a little sugar. Top pie. Chill thoroughly.
