6 eggs
1/4 c mayo
1 t mustard
1 t vinegar
splash Tabasco
splash Worcestershire sauce
paprika
Place eggs in a pot. Fill with water one inch above the eggs. Bring to a boil. Cover with a tight-fitting lid. Remove from heat. Let sit for 18 minutes. Shock with ice-cold water.
Halve eggs lengthwise and remove yolks. Place yolks in a bowl and mash with a fork. Add mayo, mustard, and vinegar. Mix well. Season with salt and pepper. Stuff egg halves with mixture and sprinkle with paprika.
