Thai Shrimp

1/2 box rice noodles (or 2 servings)
1/2 c lime juice
1/4 c sugar
2 T fish sauce
1/2 t chili paste
1/2 lb cooked small shrimp
1/2 c cilantro leaves

Prepare rice noodles according to package instructions.

Combine the lime juice, sugar, fish sauce and chili paste to make the Thai Shrimp sauce. Pour Thai Shrimp sauce into a 10-inch pan. Turn heat to medium-high and bring to a boil. Add the shrimp, reduce heat to medium-low. Cook until tender, 3-4 minutes. Add cilantro. Pour over noodles.
