1 1/2 c sugar
2 c marshmallows
2/3 c evaporated milk
1/4 c butter
1 12-oz package semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 t vanilla
10-12 oz nuts
In a microwave-safe bowl, cook sugar, 1 c marshmallows, milk and butter on high for 6 minutes, stirring once during cooking. Stir again. Cook again for 1 1/2 minutes (7 1/2 minutes total). Stir in chocolate and vanilla until smooth. Fold in nuts and remaining marshmallows. Spread in 8x8 foil-lined pan. Refrigerate until firm.
